Wonderful weekend at Wealth Dynamics!

"Life is either a daring adventure or nothing." - Helen Keller

Just back from a whirlwind trip to Singapore with two red eye flights and an intense 2 days of learning and networking. Met some great people from XL Results Foundation; Dave Rogers, Matthias, Tim, Markus. Sylvia.

Roger Hamilton's Wealth Dynamics Weekend was well run and high energy. Add to that high content in some areas, 250 people looking to move ahead in their lives and you have a fun learning experience.

The most enlightening part of the weekend was the wealth profiling. Everyone found out which one of 8 profiles they are, following a psychometric-type test. Each profile offers a "path of least resistance" to wealth creation. Although some people were surprised...it does offer an insight into how to build a team around you, which people you need to support your weak areas AND it's fun trying to guess each other's profiles.

I like this type of profiling as it gives good suggestions on how to use the "assets" I possess as a person and how to refine my approach to wealth creation.

The bigest benefit for me was to understand the type of people I need to hire , as I am currently expanding my company. Also, the 10 ways to add value was great.

If you think you know all this, and a few of us did - then the Butterfly game was an amazing snapshot of how companies operate and how people don't always work in their or the customer's best interest.

Looking forward to "eating the pizza while its hot" and putting these new insights into action.
